Please note that twenty four hours’ notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson, as we can reasonably allocate your appointment time to another student. Tuition cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, for whatever the reason, is counted as if it took place. All tuition is pre-paid and the payment must reach us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the first lesson. Lessons booked and paid for one at a time are fully refundable provided 24 hours notice is given. NB: Block booking payments based on a cheaper price are not refundable but can be rescheduled as long as 24 hours notice is given. Occasionally your tutor may choose to waive the cancellation charge as their discretion, but this in no way jeopardises the right to charge for future late notice cancellations.
